Program Description: According to Chinese Medicine, emotional strain is the internal cause of diseases. It can cause Qi stagnation, blood stasis, heat, fire, and phlegm. The emotional strain, when long lasting or very intense, can injure the internal organs. The emotions resonate with internal organs at specific frequencies: sadness resonates with lungs by the sound from the teeth; similarly, fear resonates with the kidneys by the sound from the front of the mouth; anger resonates with the liver by the sound from the lips; joy resonates with the heart by the sound from the middle of the mouth; worry resonates with the spleen by the back of the mouth. The Six Healing Sounds will be taught to strengthen the organs, soothe the mind, thereby inducing good health.

A system has been developed for The Six Healing Sounds, including the sounds, the positive and the negative emotions, the colors, and the postures. The Six Healing Sounds will be taught in a 7-hour session. Upon completion of this course, the participants will learn:

• both the negative and the positive emotions that associate with each specific organ
• the postures that accompany the Six Healing Sounds
• the colors that accompany the Six Healing Sounds
• how to practice the Six Healing Sounds to improve their own health
• how to use the Six Healing Sounds to help his/her patients recovering from emotional strains.

Presenter: Dwight has more than 20 years of experience in Meditation, Taichi, Six Healing Sounds, Shake Arm exercises. He also has more than 6 years of experience in Mindful Stretching Therapy.
